And can you believe it’s with an iPhone camera? I was just too lazy to get the bag. It emerged several days later when we were away. My husband took a decent picture of the butterfly before letting it go in the garden, but I haven’t followed up yet.

Wow, I’m continually blown away by the quality of photos coming from smartphones these days!! Having that portability and quality in a “pocket camera” is a nature lovers dream!
Great for selfies with beautiful backgrounds and animals that stay still, but only the big lens will do for birds. The iPhone has pretty decent macro capability.
