I know, right? I never complain about rain, but as with anything good, I’m always glad to switch to something different (in this case, some sun). Hope you dry out!
Today was beautiful I am so glad we got some sunshine to help dry up the rain. Although more rain to come this next week. Our yard has to be mowed sooner than later but hopefully before the next rain if it ever dries up.
But snow can be fun, especially if it lasts just long enough to do a little playing, photographic or otherwise.

Like in 2009. It was perfect! A couple inches of snow for the morning play, all melted at the end of the day.

Just yesterday, I heard the first song birds. Pure joy.
I have been hearing Eastern Pheobes for awhile…”You who”.

Lovely sounds of birds. Our yard is soaked right now over 3″ in one day this week.

I love the sunshine. We never complain about the rain anymore. We learned our lesson with the drought a few years ago.

Thanks. It is nice to hear, but I’m ready to get outside and work in the earth. Need for it to dry out some.

You know, it could almost pass as a crackling camp fire, too. Nice listen!

Thanks, Julie. I too love listening to it, even if I was ready for the rain to stop for a while. It was 7 days before we saw our shadows again.
